Add sale address details, upload media, choose a package, and publish your for-sale listing.
Open Start Sale and submit the address (postcode lookup or manual).
Use Confirm/Adjust Location to move the marker or accept the suggested point.
Fill the sale_details form with price, description, rooms, and key features, then save.
Add photos and optional videos; ensure cover and ordering look right.
Select a sale tier, review pricing_sale_tiers, and confirm checkout if applicable.
Publish the listing when ready; use set_state to pause/unpublish if you need edits.
