Identity verification (£19.99 one-off)

Complete third-party photo ID + selfie verification at any time. The fee is non-refundable whether verification passes or fails.

Verification is optional and acts as a trust signal. When approved, it adds a verified badge to your profile, but it does not affect your ability to publish service listings or receive enquiries.
