If you think that this is something the police would actually do then please educate yourself on what the police/government are actually trying to enforce. You go on any "sketchy" site and the police won't stop you there and then, they will gather the evidence that you're actually up to no good and then physically come and arrest you, not lock an Xbox remotely. Obviously a scam, feel free to report it to the correct authorities but I feel like it's probably a little embarrassing to report that you nearly got scammed while having a wank
